Hi All!
This is my first time blogging....not even sure what i'm supposed to be doing but going to give it a shot anyway.
I have recently been diagnosed with multiple allergies including yeast. I have not been able to find many blogs where people are talking about it so I though why not start!
Not sure if there are many people out there dealing with this but wanted a place we could all talk about how we are dealing and find new foods we can all try!! (that has been my hardest thing yet)!!
